WMS Inventory Reconciliation by Item dashboard

A Warehouse Manager can use this dashboard to view key inventory metrics from M3 and WMS to ensure that stock levels match in both systems and prevent discrepancies that could lead to operational issues.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:
  • What is the % of matched On hand balance per item?
  • What is the % of not matched On hand balance per item?
  • What is the % of matched and not matched Inventory?
  • Which items have biggest mismatches?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains the Inventory Reconciliation Details 2 report.

This dashboard also contains these KPIs:

  • Matched OHB Pct
  • Not Matched OHB Pct
  • Matched Inventory Pct
  • Not Matched Inventory Pct

The values in the KPIs are based on the selected item in the Item filter.

These KPIs use Load Date as the basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Filters

These standard filters are available:
  • Matched OHB
  • Matched Inventory
  • Item

Matched OHB and Item are required filters.
