Contact Management Analysis dashboard
The Contact Management Analysis dashboard is used to determine the quality of data for contact records within CLM. The dashboard enables the user to assess the current state of the data and determine the next steps to ensure that contact records are complete, current, and updated.

These fields are verified by using an expression inside the reports and KPIs.
A contact is considered to have no engagement when a contact is not assigned to any activity or opportunity.
- How many active & inactive contacts do we have in the system?
- How many accounts have / do not have any contacts?
- How many contact records have incomplete details?
- Do we have contacts that have no engagements?

Values displayed in KPIs Avg Contact per Account, and Accounts with Contacts Pct show the number of contacts and accounts. Values displayed in KPIs No. of Active Contacts, No. of Inactive Contacts, Incomplete Contact Information, No Position Code, and Contacts Without Engagements show the number of contacts.
These KPIs use the Sum aggregation.
These KPIs use Create Date as date basis for analysis.
