Purchase Orders sourced measures and KPIs

This table shows the Purchase Orders measures that are sourced directly in Data Warehouse.

You can use different time series to analyze these measures. For the list of available time series measures, see Time.

Aggregations available are Avg, Max, Min, and Sum. For cases where this does not apply, the available aggregations are indicated in this table:

Measure	Description
Line Amt – Transaction	Recorded amount in the order currency
Line Amt – Division	Recorded amount in the division currency
Line Amt – Company	Recorded amount in the company currency
Purchase Price – Transaction	Price per basic unit of measure in the order currency
Purchase Price – Division	Price per basic unit of measure in the division currency
Purchase Price – Company	Price per basic unit of measure in the company currency
Order Qty	Order quantity in basic unit of measure
Order Qty Alt Unit	Order quantity in alternate unit of measure
Open Order Qty	Open order quantity in basic unit of measure
Open Order Qty Alt Unit	Open order quantity in alternate unit of measure
No. of Lines	Number of purchase order lines Aggregations: Avg, Sum
No. of Orders	Number of purchase orders Aggregation: Avg, Sum
No. of Days – Req and Conf	The number of days between the requested delivery and confirmed delivery dates of purchase orders
No. of Days Overdue	The number of days between the planning date and the ETL date for open purchase orders and planned purchase orders
Lines with Agreement	Number of order lines with purchase agreements Aggregations: Avg, Sum
Price Variance	The difference between the confirmed and requested purchase price of purchase orders
Qty Variance	The difference between the open and ordered quantities of open purchase orders
