Blanket Agreement

Blanket Agreement is where a customer and supplier enter a time-limited agreement covering terms, items, and prices. The customer can make calls-offs against the agreement for a portion of the goods covered during the validity of the agreement. Each time a call-off is made, the quantity ordered is reduced.

The Blanket Agreement dimension contains all customer blanket agreements defined in M3 using OIS060 or OIS305 (M3 table OAGRHE). The agreement type names and descriptions, defined in OIS063, are retrieved from the M3 table OAGRTP. The dimension has two manually generated records:
  • No entry

    This means a customer order is not associated with a blanket agreement.

  • Not available

    This means that the order does not support blanket agreements.
