WO Operation Transactions calculated measures and KPIs

This table shows the WO Operation Transactions measures that are calculated and defined as saved expressions. The saved expressions use the Op Actual Finish Date and mainly Sum aggregation. The First Time Fix and Avg Rptd calculations also use Count Distinct aggregation.

Travel Hrs vs Rptd Hrs Pct	The reported travel hours divided by the total reported labor hours
Labor Hrs vs Rptd Hrs Pct	The reported labor hours divided by the total reported labor hours
Billable vs Total Rptd Hrs Pct	The total billable hours divided by the total reported labor hours
Non-Billable vs Total Rptd Hrs Pct	The total non-billable hours divided by the total reported labor hours
First Time Fix Orders	The number of work orders that are tagged as fixed during the first visit based on the main service error report
First Time Fix Rate	The operations fixed during the first visit divided by the number of reported orders
Avg Rptd Travel Hrs	The reported travel hours divided by the number of reported operations
Avg Rptd Labor Hrs	The reported labor hours divided by the number of reported operations
