Drill back to Infor M3 Customer LifeCycle Manager records

Drill back is an action you can perform to switch from a Birst dashboard to a specific detail tab in Infor M3 LifeCycle Management. You can use this feature to view the summary of the opportunity or activity in the dashboard and then drill back to M3 CLM to view the details of the selected opportunity or activity record to take action.

To use the drill back functionality, go to the Sales Representative Overview dashboard. Select a link in the Activity Details or Opportunity Details report to navigate to the predefined detail tab in M3 CLM.
