Supplier Performance dashboard

The Supplier Performance dashboard shows how the supplier performs on timeliness and correctness of lines based on the requested quantity (Lines On Time in Full). You can get an insight on which suppliers are performing well and suppliers which are performing poorly.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:

  • Are the suppliers delivering on time and in full?
  • Which are the top and bottom suppliers based on lines on time and in full?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains these reports:

  • No. of Lines by Delivery Accuracy
  • Supplier Performance by Period
  • Top Lines On Time In Full Pct by Supplier
  • Bottom Lines On Time In Full Pct by Supplier
  • Lines On Time In Full Pct by Period
  • Lines On Time In Full Pct vs No of Lines
  • Top Net Invoiced Value by Date Accuracy and Supplier
  • Bottom Net Invoiced Value by Date Accuracy and Supplier

The report Lines On Time In Full Pct by Period is used as a KPI chart.

The dashboard also contains these KPIs:
  • Lines On Time In Full Pct
  • No. of Lines
  • Invcd Qty
  • Net Invoiced Value

These KPIs use Invoice Date as the date basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation. Amounts are expressed in the company currency.

All KPIs display an indicator comparing its value with the previous year's value. A green arrow pointing upward indicates an increase in value, a red arrow pointing downward indicates a decrease in value, and a yellow square indicates no change in value.

Currency information is also displayed on the banner.

Filters

These standard filters are available:
  • Facility
  • Warehouse (Config. 1)
  • Time (Config. 2)
  • Supplier
  • Payee
  • Buyer
  • Purchase Agreement
  • Item (Config. 1)
  • Ranking (Config. 2)
  • Show N Records

Ranking and Time are required filters.

Ranking filter is applied in the dashboard to enable view of top/bottom reports. Show N Records filter controls the number of elements to be shown in the reports.
