Contact Maintenance reports
The measures used in Contact Maintenance reports are sourced from the Contact, Contact Opportunity, and Contact Activity facts. Contact measures are analyzed by Create Date. Contact Opportunity and Contact Activity measures are analyzed by Update Date. These measures use the Sum aggregation.
Attributes used in the List of Activities with Incomplete Contact Details, and List of Contacts with Incomplete Contact Details are sourced from the Activity and Opportunity dimensions.
List of Activities with Incomplete Contact Details
Description: This table shows a list of Activities assigned to a Contact with incomplete details. It shows relevant information about an activity's status, if an activity is overdue, and the number of months since the activity record has been updated.
Measure: Activity Months Since Last Update

List of Contacts with Incomplete Contact Details
Description: This table shows a list of Contacts with incomplete details. A contact is tagged as incomplete when any of this information is blank: Full Name, Position, Email and, Phone or Cell Phone number.
