C-Suite: Key Ratio - Operational dashboard
The Key Ratio - Operational dashboard contains operational metrics and KPIs that are reported on a regular basis to determine the company's performance over a period of time. Using this dashboard, executives can track business outcomes with associated budget values for improved follow up.
- Are business sales, net income, and profit margin performing well against the budget?
- How fast can the business convert cash in terms of payments, receivables, and inventory?
- How much are distributed per account in terms of assets and liabilities?
- What is the performance of the business sales in reference to the sales force?
Reports and KPIs in this dashboard show the values using the End This Period analysis.
Filters selected in this dashboard are passed to the CEO, CFO, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Key Ratio - Strategic dashboards so you can perform continuous data analysis.

Adjusted Sales vs Budget by Period is displayed in the dashboard as Adjusted Sales by Period.
Net Income vs Budget by Period is displayed in the dashboard as Net Income by Period.
Gross Profit Margin Pct vs Budget by Period is displayed in the dashboard as Gross Profit Margin Pct by Period.

Currency information and the selected Fiscal Period are displayed on the banner. The displayed information changes depending on the selected value in the Division and Fiscal Period filters.
The KPIs show the corresponding metrics for the selected period. Each KPI displays an indicator comparing the Fiscal Period value from the selected Period Comparison filter value (Last Fiscal Period or Fiscal Period Year).
For Gross Revenue and Net Profit Margin Pct KPIs, a green arrow head pointing upward indicates an increase in value and a red arrow head pointing downward indicates a decrease in value. If there is no change, a yellow square indicator is displayed.
For DSO, DIO, and DPO KPIs, a green arrow head pointing downward indicates a decrease in value and a red arrow head pointing upward indicates an increase in value. If there is no change, a yellow square indicator is displayed.
The KPIs use the Accounting Period Date as the date basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.
