Contact Management Analysis reports

The measures used in Contact Management Analysis reports are sourced from the Account, Contact, Contact Opportunity, and Contact Activity facts. Account and Contact measures are analyzed by Create Date. Contact Opportunity and Contact Activity measures are analyzed by Update Date. These measures use the Sum aggregation.

Accounts with Contacts

Description: This chart shows the number of accounts with an associated contact.

Measure: No. of Accounts

Chart type: Semi-donut

Contacts with Incomplete Details

Description: This chart shows the number of contacts with incomplete details. A contact is tagged as incomplete when any of this information is blank: Full Name, Position, Email, and Phone or Cell Phone number.

Measure: No. of Contacts

Contacts Without Engagements

Description: This chart shows the number of contacts that not associated with any activity or opportunity.

Measure: No. of Contacts

Contact Attribute Distribution

Description: This chart shows the distribution of contacts by a selected attribute. This report uses the Contact Attribute Distribution by filter to determine the contact attribute by which the number of contacts are categorized.

Contacts per Position

Description: This chart shows the number of contacts per Position. The number of contacts are also colored by the attribute selected in the Contract Attribute Distribution by filter for additional analysis.

Description: This chart shows the number of contacts with assigned opportunities, and categorized by Position.
