Overall Equipment Effectiveness Details dashboard

The Overall Equipment Effectiveness Details dashboard is a drill-across dashboard from the Overall Equipment Effectiveness dashboard. This dashboard provides detailed analysis of the OEE with its three components: Availability, Performance, and Quality. This dashboard can help you highlight which work center perform worst by identifying work centers with the lowest OEE ratio. Other factors that might be the reason behind a low OEE can also be analyze using this dashboard.

Report and KPIs

This dashboard contains the Overall Equipment Effectiveness Details report and these KPIs:

  • Mach Run Non-Disturb Hrs
  • Mach Run Disturb Hrs
  • Plnd Production Hrs
  • Rptd Good Qty
  • Rptd Bad Qty
  • Potential Qty

These KPIs use the Op Actual Finish Date as the basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Year information is displayed in the banner.

Filters

These standard filters are available:
  • Facility
  • Warehouse (Config. 1)
  • Work Center
  • Capacity Type (Config. 1)
  • Time (Config. 4)

Time and Capacity Type are required filters.
