Technician Capacity calculated measures and KPIs

This table shows the Technician Capacity measures that are calculated and defined as saved expressions. The saved expression use the Op Actual Finish Date from WO Operation Transactions fact and Calendar Date from Technician Capacity fact and the Sum aggregation.

Measure	Description
Unreported Hrs	The technician's working hours per day minus the total reported hours
Rptd vs Work Hrs Pct	The total reported hours divided by the technician's working hours per day
Unreported vs Work Hrs Pct	The unreported hours divided by the technician's working hours per day
Billable vs Work Hrs Pct	The total billable hours divided by the technician's working hours per day
Non-Billable vs Work Hrs Pct	The total non-billable hours divided by the technician's working hours per day
