Warranty Claims Overview dashboard
The Warranty Claims Overview dashboard provides insights into the claim process against the OEM or supplier. You can use this dashboard to improve cash flow by highlighting problematic claims and settlements trends and amounts.
This dashboard also provides you with an overview of the claims per status and the comparison between claim and settlement amounts. You can also view the claim amount, settlement amount, number of claims, and the trends for each measures in this dashboard.
- How successful are we in claiming repair costs from our suppliers and OEMs?
- Who are the customers, payers and what are the equipment type with the highest claim filed?

The Show N Records filter is applied to these reports: Top Claim by Customer, Top Claim by Payer, and Top Claim by Equipment Type. Just above these reports are the KPIs, namely Claim Amt Pct of Total by Customer, Claim Amt Pct of Total by Payer, and Claim Amt Pct of Total by Equipment Type. These KPIs show the total percentage of the selected top claims, in relation to the entire claims made by customer, payer, or equipment type.
These KPIs use the Claim Date as the date basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.
Amounts are expressed in the company currency.
Currency information is also displayed in the banner.
