Extending content

This section describes the possibilities for changing content of M3 Analytics.

Ensure that you follow the guidelines provided in this section when you change the content of M3 Analytics.

With the introduction of SMD spaces, customizations are still possible. Customizations are migrated separately. We recommend that you explore extension as this will ease the application of updates with minimal manual intervention. See Understanding content updates for information about SMD spaces.
