Loading and publishing data for Customer Lifecycle

Customer Lifecycle is created using Compass. The Customer Lifecycle space has its own Data Lake connection.

Use the M3A Main - Customer Lifecycle workflow to include the Customer Lifecycle data in your data extraction. See Workflows.

You can also load and publish data specifically for the Customer Lifecycle model using Publishing Options. See KB2153208.

  1. Log on to Birst.
  2. Click Admin > Orchestration.
  3. Search for M3A Main - Customer Lifecycle.
  4. Click Actions > Run Workflow.
