An activity is any event conducted within the customer lifecycle with a specific goal or outcome. The activity can vary from client engagements, marketing activities, sales, or client retention activities.

The Activity dimension contains all records for the activities conducted for a particular account maintained in the Activity tab in M3 CLM.

The attributes listed in the table are part of the custom subject area. M3 Analytics contains more attributes in the default subject area. For a complete list, see the mapping document in KB 2015457.
