CO Addtl Info

The CO Addtl Info dimension is a derived dimension that contains details on the customer order at line level. This is retrieved from the OOLINE table in M3 and has additional derived statuses and other pertinent order line information. Data buckets have also been defined and added to the hierarchy that determine whether a delivery is made early, on time, or late, based on the requested and actual delivery dates. Data buckets are available in days, hours, and minutes, depending on reporting requirements.

You can modify the ranges defined in these data buckets in the Sales fact space to cater to different business and reporting needs. See the Birst Online Help for more information on data buckets.

See Source and data models in Infor M3 Analytics for M3 CloudSuites Administration Guide for guidelines in modifying Infor-delivered content. Changes to data buckets are overwritten and should be reapplied when the solution is updated.

By default, these ranges are defined in the solution:

Date Accuracy – Req vs Actl in Days - using the measure Days Diff – Req and Actl
  • Early - deliveries that are made earlier than the requested delivery date
  • On Time - deliveries that are made on the requested delivery date
  • Late - deliveries that are made after the requested delivery date
Date Accuracy – Req vs Actl in Hrs - using the measure Hrs Diff – Req and Actl
  • Early - deliveries that are made more than three hours earlier than the requested delivery date/time
  • On Time - deliveries that are made within three hours before or after the requested delivery date/time
  • Late - deliveries that are made three hours or more after the requested delivery date/time
Date Accuracy – Req vs Actl in Min - using the measure Min Diff – Req and Actl
  • Early - deliveries that are made earlier than the requested delivery date/time
  • On Time - deliveries that are made on the requested delivery date/time
  • Late - deliveries that are made after the requested delivery date/time

  • Early - deliveries that are made earlier than the original requested delivery date
  • On Time - deliveries that are made on the original requested delivery date
  • Late - deliveries that are made after the original requested delivery date
Note: The original requested delivery date is based on the requested delivery date as of printing the order confirmation document.
