AP Operational Metrics calculated measures and KPIs

This table shows the AP Operational Metrics measures that are calculated and defined as saved expressions. The saved expressions use the Int Recon Date and Sum aggregation.

Measure	Description
Avg Invoice Amt	The invoice amount in the division currency divided by the number of invoices
Avg No. of Invoices	The number of supplier invoices divided by the number of distinct employees that processed supplier invoices
Avg Days – Invc and Due	The number of days between the invoice date and the due date divided by the number of invoices
Avg Days – Invc and Recon	The number of days between the invoice date and the internal reconciliation date divided by the number of invoices
Avg Days – Invc and Acctg	The number of days between the invoice date and the accounting date divided by the number of invoices
Avg Days – Due and Recon	The number of days between the due date and the internal reconciliation date divided by the number of invoices
Avg Days – Due and Acctg	The number of days between the due date and the accounting date divided by the number of invoices
Efficiency Index	A way to track process time and methods, computed as the number of days between the due date and reconciliation date divided by the number of days between the invoice date and due date
