Stock Transactions dashboard

The Stock Transactions dashboard provides you with an in-depth analysis of the performance of a specific warehouse and item in stock profile at transaction date level. You can also use this dashboard to determine the performance for each lot as additional insight.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:
  • What is the trend of the Trans Qty (abs)?
  • How does the stock movement trend looks on a transaction date level?
  • What is the lot that has the most or least Trans Qty (abs)?
  • What comprises the whole Trans Qty (abs) in a Reference Order Category perspective?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains these reports:
  • Trans (abs) by Reference Order Category
  • Top Trans (abs) by Lot
  • Bottom Trans (abs) by Lot
  • Trans Qty (abs) Trend - Drillback
  • Trans Gross Weight (abs) Trend - Drillback

Trans Qty (abs) Trend - Drillback is displayed in the dashboard as Trans (abs) Trend - Drillback. You can view this report when the filter Measure Type = Quantity. Drill back to M3 functionality is enabled for this report.

Trans Gross Weight (abs) Trend - Drillback is displayed in the dashboard as Trans (abs) Trend - Drillback. You can view this report when the filter Measure Type = Gross Weight. Drill back to M3 functionality is enabled for this report.

This dashboard also contains these KPIs:
  • Opening Balance
  • Closing Balance
  • Incoming Stock
  • Outgoing Stock
  • Trans (abs)

Values shown in the KPIs are based on the selected period in the Manufacturing Period filter.

KPIs Opening Balance, Closing Balance, Incoming Stock, and Outgoing Stock use the Statistics Period Date as the date basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation. Measures in these KPIs are sourced from the Stock Statistics fact.

The Trans (abs) KPI uses Transaction Date as the basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation. The measure in this KPI is sourced from the Stock Transactions fact. This KPI also has an indicator. The indicator is green if the value of the KPI matches the sum of Incoming and Outgoing Stock and yellow if not.

  • Measure Type (Config. 2)
  • Show N Records

Measure Type is a mandatory filter.

The Show N Records filter applies to the Top Trans (abs) by Lot and Bottom Trans (abs) by Lot reports.
