PA Addtl Info
The PA Addtl Info dimension is a degenerate dimension of the Procurement Analysis model. This dimension contains attributes relating to the delivered or invoiced purchase order for additional analysis. Data buckets have also been defined and added to the hierarchy that determine whether the supplier delivered early, on time, or late, based on the difference between a PO's requested and actual delivery date and time.
You can modify the ranges defined in these data buckets in the Procurement fact space to cater to different business and reporting needs. See the Birst Online Help for more information on data buckets.

By default, these ranges are defined in the solution:
Date Accuracy – Act vs Req in Days - using the measure Days Diff – Delivery vs Requested
- Early 2 - deliveries that are three or more days earlier than the requested date
- Early 1 - deliveries made 1 to 2 days earlier than the requested date
- On Time - deliveries made on the requested date
- Late 1 - deliveries made 1 to 2 days after the requested date
- Late 2 - deliveries made 3 to 7 days after the requested date
- Late 3 - deliveries that are more than 7 days late

- Early - deliveries made earlier than the requested date and time that is accurate up to hours
- On Time - deliveries made on the requested date and time that is accurate up to hours
- Late - deliveries made after the requested date and time that is accurate up to hours
Date Accuracy – Act vs Req in Min - using the measure Min Diff – Delivery vs Requested
- Early - deliveries made earlier than the requested date and time that is accurate up to minutes
- On Time - deliveries made on the requested date and time that is accurate up to minutes
- Late - deliveries made after the requested date and time that is accurate up to minutes
