Opportunity Management domain
The Opportunity Management domain contains models, fact tables, and dashboards that
you can use to analyze your customer or account's lifecycle. You can also track the
opportunities and activities conducted by the company to convert prospect customers to active
customers.
Using the data from M3 CLM, the Opportunity Management domain provides insights to enable your business to assess the performance of the different sales teams and the effectiveness of the different activities conducted.
The Opportunity Management model and its measures should be analyzed in the perspective of Sales Teams and Sales Representatives. The concept of Sales Representatives belonging to multiple Sales Teams is accommodated in the data model. The dashboards in this model analyze the data in the view of Sales Team Managers and Sales Representatives.
