Rental Manager dashboard

The Rental Manager dashboard provides you with an overview of KPIs and metrics that are essential for your business. By analyzing time and financial utilization metrics, you can gain insights into the structure of your business to identify areas of improvement.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:

  • Is the trend of the rental's performance increasing or decreasing?
  • What is the most profitable equipment?
  • What is the least profitable equipment?
  • Is equipment being overutilized or underutilized?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains these reports:

  • Financial vs Time Utilization Trend
  • Top Financial Utilization
  • Bottom Financial Utilization
  • Top Time Utilization
  • Bottom Time Utilization
  • Financial vs Time Utilization by Equipment
  • Financial Utilization Details
  • Time Utilization Details

The dashboard also contains these KPIs: Financial Util Pct and Time Util Pct. Financial Util Pct and Time Util Pct use the Sum aggregation.

Currency information is displayed on the banner. When you select multiple values in the Facility filter, currency information is displayed as N/A - Multiple Division.

Filters

These standard filters are available:
  • Facility
  • Fiscal Period (Config. 1)
  • Equipment
  • Ranking (Config. 2)
  • Show N Records
  • View (Config. 2)

Ranking, Fiscal Period, and View are mandatory filters.

The Show N Records filter is a mandatory filter that is applied in these reports: Top Financial Utilization, Bottom Financial Utilization, Top Time Utilization, and Bottom Time Utilization.
