Overall Equipment Effectiveness - Availability dashboard

The Overall Equipment Effectiveness - Availability dashboard provides you with more in-depth analysis of Availability, which is a specific OEE component. The dashboard can help you understand factors that affect the availability of a machine run hours, like run disturbance reasons. It can also give you an insight on how effective and efficient you are in using the planned production hours of an operation.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:
  • How much of the planned production hours have disturbance?
  • What are the most common run disturbance reasons?
  • On what shift of a specific day does an operation encounter the most disturbances?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains these reports:
  • Top Mach Run Disturb Hrs by Work Center
  • Bottom Mach Run Disturb Hrs by Work Center
  • Top Mach Run Disturb Hrs by Product
  • Bottom Mach Run Disturb Hrs by Product
  • Mach Run Disturb Hrs by Shift and Period
  • Top Run Disturbance Reason
  • Bottom Run Disturbance Reason
  • Plnd Production Hrs Breakdown by Period
The dashboard also has these KPIs:
  • Mach Run Disturb Hrs
  • Mach Run Non- Disturb Hrs
  • Plnd Production Hrs

This dashboard only considers records where MO Operation.Fixed Time = No, and is best analyzed when the Operation Status is closed.

These KPIs use the Op Actual Finish Date as the basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Filters

These standard filters are available:

  • Facility
  • Warehouse (Config. 1)
  • Work Center
  • Capacity Type (Config. 1)
  • Time (Config. 4)
  • Ranking (Config. 2)
  • Show N Records

Ranking, Time, and Capacity Type are mandatory filters.

The Ranking filter enables Top/Bottom analysis of the non-period reports together with Show N Records to control the number of elements shown in the report.

Drill across

You can apply visual highlighting in the Plnd Production Hrs Breakdown by Period report. The selected parameters in the report are automatically set as value in the Time filter. These filter values are passed to the Overall Equipment Effectiveness Details dashboard when you click Drill Across.
