Sales Teams Operations dashboard

The Sales Teams Operations dashboard analyzes the sales team's performance based on the status of the opportunities and activities, opportunities won, and activities performed. Using this dashboard, the sales team manager can have a better understanding of the sales team's performance and make informed decisions for improvements.

This dashboard can answer these questions:
  • How is the team performance?
  • How many opportunities are overdue?
  • How many activities are overdue?
  • What activities were performed over a period of time?
  • How many opportunities were won by the sales team over a period of time?

The dashboard contains these reports:
  • Opportunities Won by Period
  • Sales Team Sales Funnel
  • Sales Team Overdue Opportunities
  • Sales Team Overdue Activities
  • Win Rate
  • Opportunity Overview
  • Activities Overview

The reports Sales Team Sales Funnel, Sales Team Overdue Opportunities, and Sales Team Overdue Activities are displayed in the dashboard as Sales Funnel, Overdue Opportunities, and Overdue Activities.

The report Activities Overview is displayed in the dashboard as Activity Overview.

This dashboard also contains these KPIs:
  • No. of Created Accounts
  • Open Opportunities [No./Value]
  • Won Opportunities [No./Value]
  • Lost Opportunities [No./Value]
  • Planned Visits
  • Performed Visits

The No. of Created Accounts KPI uses Create Date as date basis for analysis and the Count aggregation.

The KPIs Open Opportunities [No./Value], Won Opportunities [No./Value], Lost Opportunities [No./Value], Planned Visits, and Performed Visits use Start Date as the date basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Values displayed in KPIs Open Opportunities [No./Value], Won Opportunities [No./Value], and Lost Opportunities[No./Value] show the total number of open, won, and lost opportunities and its corresponding total price.

Filters

These mandatory filters are available:
  • Time (Config. 5)
  • Sales Team Name

The selected value in the Sales Team Name filter is also displayed on the banner.

Drill across

By clicking a sales representative name in the Sales Rep. Name column of the Opportunity Overview or Activity Overview report, you can drill across the Sales Representative Overview dashboard. The selected Sales Rep. Name is set as value for the Sales Representative filter in the Sales Representative Overview dashboard and is also displayed on the banner.
