Operation Time Analysis - Hours dashboard

The Operation Time Analysis dashboard focuses on the time aspect of an operation, specifically in the duration and punctuality of a finished operation. This dashboard also aims to give insight on how good a planner is in planning the run time of an operation.

The dashboard can answer these business questions:
  • How good is the planner in planning an operation?
  • What is the trend of operation punctuality over time?
  • What work centers and products have the high percentage of late finished operations?
  • What is the average actual duration of an operation?
