Technician Performance Details dashboard
The Technician Performance Details dashboard is the drill-across dashboard from the Technician Performance dashboard. This dashboard analyzes the different aspects that affect a technician's performance in detail.
This dashboard can answer these business questions:
- What is the trend of first-time fix rate over a period of time?
- What type of service takes up most of the technician's time?
- What equipment does a technician have trouble fixing the first time?
- Who are the outlier technicians based on the number of reported orders and first-time fix rate?

The dashboard contains these reports:
- Technician Accuracy
- First Time Fix Rate by Period
- Top Rptd Hrs by Service
- Bottom Rptd Hrs by Service
- Top First Time Fix Rate by Equipment
- Bottom First Time Fix Rate by Equipment
- Technician Performance Details
The dashboard also contains these KPIs:
- First Time Fix Rate
- Billable vs Total Rptd Hrs Pct
- Non-Billable vs Total Rptd Hrs Pct
- Total Rptd Hrs
- No. of Rptd Orders
- No. of Rptd Operations
These KPIs use Sum aggregation. Total Rptd Hrs use Op Actual Finish Date as the basis for analysis. No. of Rptd Orders and No. of Rptd Operations use Op Actual Finish Date as the basis for analysis and Count Distinct aggregation.

Ranking and Time are mandatory filters.
Ranking filter enables Top/Bottom analysis of the non-period reports together with Show N Records to control the number of elements shown in the report.
