Overall Equipment Effectiveness - Performance dashboard

The Overall Equipment Effectiveness - Performance dashboard provides you with more in-depth analysis of a Performance, which is a specific OEE component. The dashboard can help you understand the cycle time of an operation. It can also give you an insight on how effective you are in planning the cycle time by comparing it to the actual cycle time. High variance in the cycle time might indicate poor planning. Other factors such as disturbances should be consider.

This dashboard can answer business questions such as:
  • Was the actual cycle time higher than the planned?
  • Do we need to re-plan the cycle time of a specific product?
  • Which work centers are performing poorly?
