Overall Equipment Effectiveness reports
The reports OEE, Availability, Performance, and Quality have a set target value which is defined in global variables. See the Variables section in Infor M3 Analytics for M3 CloudSuites Administration Guide. If the report values are below the set target, the chart color is red. If the report values are greater than or equal the target, then the chart color is green.
The measures used in Overall Equipment Effectiveness reports are sourced from the Overall Equipment Effectiveness fact. These measures are analyzed by Actual Finish date and use the Sum aggregation.
OEE
Description: This report shows the percentage of manufacturing time that is truly productive. An OEE score of 100% means only good products are manufactured, as fast as possible, with no stop time.

Availability
Description: This report measures the ratio of actual run time without disturbance against the planned operation run time.

Description: This report measures the ratio of actual productive time against the run time without disturbance.

Description: This report measures the ratio of good products against the total number of products manufactured in terms of hours.

Overall Equipment Effectiveness by Period
Description: This report shows the trend analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Availability, Performance, and Quality over time. This report is used to analyze how the increase or decrease in Availability, Performance, or Quality affects the value of OEE.
