Overall Equipment Effectiveness calculated measures and KPIs
This table shows the Overall Equipment Effectiveness measures that are calculated and defined as saved expressions. The saved expressions are derived from different measures from the MO Operation Transactions and MO Operations facts. These saved expressions also use the Actual Finish Date and Sum aggregation.
Measure | Description |
---|---|
Net Run Hrs | The machine run hours needed to produce the total manufactured quantity at maximum possible speed |
Fully Productive Hrs | The machine run hours needed to produce good quantity |
Actual Cycle Time in Hrs | The reported machine run hours without production stop divided by the total manufactured quantity in basic unit of measure |
Plnd Cycle Time in Hrs | The planned machine run hours divided by the potential quantity in basic unit of measure |
Actual vs Plnd Cycle Time in Hrs Var | Actual cycle time in hours minus the planned cycle time in hours |
Overall Equipment Effectiveness Ratio | OEE is the ratio of fully productive time to planned production time, computed as the product of availability ratio, performance ratio, and quality ratio |
Availability Ratio | Machine run hours without disturbance on an operation divided by planned machine setup and run time |
Performance Ratio | Net run hours divided by planned machine run hours |
Quality Ratio | Total production hours divided by net run hours |
