Stock Profile Details - Warehouse dashboard

When you select a product in the Stock Profile Analysis dashboard, you can drill across to the Stock Profile Details – Warehouse dashboard. This dashboard is designed to provide a detailed analysis of incoming and outgoing stock for your selected product and period. You can use this dashboard to analyze breakdowns of incoming and outgoing transactions of your selected product at different warehouses and to pinpoint a specific warehouse for further analysis at date level on the Stock Transaction dashboard.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:

What transactions have transpired for incoming stock on a warehouse level perspective?
What transactions have transpired for outgoing stock on a warehouse level perspective?
What are the top or bottom warehouses in terms of transaction quantity?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains these reports:

Top Transactions by Warehouse
Bottom Transactions by Warehouse
Incoming Stock Details by Warehouse
Outgoing Stock Details by Warehouse

The term by Warehouse is omitted in all the report titles in the dashboard.

This dashboard also contains these KPIs:

Manufactured
Purchased
Sold
Used

The KPIs use the Statistics Period Date as the date basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Measure Type and Zero Suppression are mandatory filters.

Drill across

By selecting a warehouse either in the Incoming Stock Details or in the Outgoing Stock Details report, you can drill across to the Stock Transaction dashboard. Filter values are passed to the target dashboard together with the selected warehouse.
