Quality Manager dashboard

The Quality Manager dashboard allows you to explore the different factors that affect the quality-test process. Understanding passed versus failed tests across laboratories, testers, and products can assist in determining issues that result in a higher failure rate.

This dashboard can answer business questions such as:

  • Are product tests failing more consistently in a certain laboratory?
  • Does a specific tester have a higher failing percentage?
  • Are tests performed by specific tester frequently overridden?
  • Does a higher volume of tests affect the failing percentage?
  • What are the most common reasons for a failed test?

The dashboard consists of KPIs for Failed Pct, Overridden Failed Pct, Passed Pct, and No. of Tests, as well as these reports:

KPI Charts:

  • Failed Pct Trend
  • Overridden Failed Pct Trend
  • Passed Pct Trend
  • No. of Tests Trend

Reports:

  • Failed Tests by Period
  • Ranking by Failed Tests
  • Quality Management Details

You can filter the data by using these standard filters:

  • Facility
  • Quality Group
  • Quality Test Type
  • Quality Lab
  • Tested by
  • Overridden by
  • Quality Reason
  • Time

The Show N Records (w/ default) filter is applied to reports that display ranked attributes.
