Quality Manager dashboard
The Quality Manager dashboard allows you to explore the different factors that affect the quality-test process. Understanding passed versus failed tests across laboratories, testers, and products can assist in determining issues that result in a higher failure rate.
This dashboard can answer business questions such as:
- Are product tests failing more consistently in a certain laboratory?
- Does a specific tester have a higher failing percentage?
- Are tests performed by specific tester frequently overridden?
- Does a higher volume of tests affect the failing percentage?
- What are the most common reasons for a failed test?
The dashboard consists of KPIs for Failed Pct, Overridden Failed Pct, Passed Pct, and No. of Tests, as well as these reports:
KPI Charts:
- Failed Pct Trend
- Overridden Failed Pct Trend
- Passed Pct Trend
- No. of Tests Trend
Reports:
- Failed Tests by Period
- Ranking by Failed Tests
- Quality Management Details
You can filter the data by using these standard filters:
- Facility
- Quality Group
- Quality Test Type
- Quality Lab
- Tested by
- Overridden by
- Quality Reason
- Time
The Show N Records (w/ default) filter is applied to reports that display ranked attributes.
