Equipment Reliability sourced measures and KPIs

This table shows the Equipment Reliability measures that are sourced directly in Data Warehouse.

These measures can be analyzed by different time series. These time series are available:

  • Month Ago
  • Quarter Ago
  • Quarter-To-date
  • Trailing 12 Months
  • Trailing 3 Months
  • Year Ago
  • Year-To-date

Most measures have Avg, Max, Min, and Sum aggregations. For cases where this does not apply, the available aggregations are indicated in this table:

Measure Description
Actual Usage – Hrs The actual usage in hours of an equipment for the report date
Actual Usage – Meter 1 The actual usage in meter 1 of an equipment for the report date
Actual Usage – Meter 2 The actual usage in meter 2 of an equipment for the report date
Actual Usage – Meter 3 The actual usage in meter 3 of an equipment for the report date
Actual Usage – Meter 4 The actual usage in meter 4 of an equipment for the report date
Downtime The downtime hours of each work order
Lifecycle Usage – Hrs The average daily usage in hours of an equipment between its manufacturing date and the report date
Lifecycle Usage – Meter 1 The average daily usage in meter 1 of an equipment between its manufacturing date and the report date
