Avg Book Rate Book rate divided by the number of records
Avg Fleet Age Fleet age divided by the number of records
Avg Net Rate Net rate divided by the number of records
Book Rate Util Pct The possible rental income divided by the possible book revenue
Financial Util Pct Rental revenue divided by the original equipment cost
Maint and Rep vs Revenue Pct The sum of maintenance and repair costs divided by the rental revenue
Maint vs Revenue Pct Maintenance costs divided by the rental revenue
Net Rate Util Pct The actual rental income divided by the possible net revenue
Net Time Util Pct The net rented days divided by the possible rental days
Not Utilized Time Pct Time not utilized in percent, calculated as 1 - Time Util Pct
Possible Financial Util Pct The possible book revenue divided by the acquisition cost
Rate Yield Pct To evaluate the daily rate pricelist compared with the actual rental rates, the actual rental income is divided by the possible book revenue
Repair vs Revenue Pct Repair costs divided by the rental revenue
Rental Gross Margin Pct Rental gross profit divided by the rental revenue
Rental Gross Profit Rental revenue minus the sum of depreciation and maintenance costs
Time Util Pct The number of actual rental days divided by the possible rental days
Weighted Fleet Age Fleet age divided by the original equipment cost
Weighted Time Util Pct The original equipment cost multiplied by the rental days excluding out of service time divided by the original item cost multiplied by the possible rental days for the period
