Rental Manager dashboard

The Rental Manager dashboard provides you with an overview of KPIs and metrics that are essential for your business. By analyzing time and financial utilization metrics and fleet age, you can gain insights into the structure of your fleet to identify areas of improvement.

This dashboard can answer business questions such as:

• Is the trend of the rental's performance increasing or decreasing?
• What is the most profitable equipment?
• What is the least profitable equipment?
• Is equipment being overutilized or underutilized?

The dashboard consists of KPIs for Rental Gross Margin Pct, Financial Util Pct, Possible Financial Util, and Rate Yield Pct, as well as these reports:

KPI Charts:

• Rental Gross Margin Pct Trend
• Financial Util Pct Trend
• Possible Financial Util Pct Trend
• Rate Yield Pct Trend

Reports:

• Fleet Age by Equipment
• Rental Gross Margin Pct by Period
• Time Utilization by Equipment
• Financial Utilization Details

You can filter the data in the reports by using the standard filters Facility, Equipment, and Fiscal Period. The Show N Records (w/ default) filter is applied to reports that display ranked attributes.
