Fleet Manager dashboard

Companies within the Equipment industry require to track revenue and costs over time for defined items of Equipment. The Fleet Manager dashboard enables the analysis of revenue, cost, and contribution margin for equipment over its full life time, which can span twenty years.

This dashboard can answer business questions such as:

• Which is the most profitable Equipment?
• How has profitability trend change over time?
• What is the lifetime profitability for a specific Equipment?

The dashboard consists of KPIs for Margin Pct, Margin, Revenue and Cost that use balance key 2. In addition, these reports are included:

KPI Charts:

• Contribution Margin Pct Trend
• Contribution Margin Trend
• Revenue Trend
• Cost Trend

Reports:

• Equipment Life
• Total Amount by Model Line
• Contribution Margin by Equipment
• Contribution Margin by Customer

You can filter the data in all reports by using the standard filters Division and Fiscal Period. The Equipment filter can be used with KPIs, KPI charts, and reports having balance key 2, and the Customer filter with balance key 3. The Contribution Margin by Customer report is the only report that uses balance key 3. The Show N Records (w/ default) filter is applied to reports that display ranked attributes.
