Production Manager dashboard

The Production Manager dashboard provides the ability to manage operations process through accuracy reports. This dashboard allows you to track the manufactured against the order quantities and helps analyze the trend in production efficiency using throughput, labor, and machine hours.

This dashboard can answer business questions such as:

• Are the operations finished on-time?
• Are the manufactured quantities enough for the orders?
• Are the actual hours performed by operations exceeding the set planned hours?

The dashboard consists of KPIs for Mfd vs Order Qty Var, Manufactured Qty, Order Qty, and Scrapped Qty, as well as these reports:

KPI Charts:

• Mfd vs Order Qty Var Trend
• Manufactured Qty Trend
• Order Qty Trend
• Scrapped Qty Trend

Reports:

• Labor Time by Period
• Machine Time by Period
• Operations Accuracy
• Throughput by Period

You can filter the data by using these standard filters:

• Facility
• Work Center
• Manufacturing Order Type
• Item
• Measure Type
• Time

The Show N Records (w/ default) filter is applied to Operations Accuracy report. The Measure Type filter is applied on Labor Time by Period and Machine Time by Period reports to toggle display measures between total hours, run hours, and setup hours.
