Credit Manager dashboard
The Credit Manager dashboard can help you in analyzing different perspectives of the company's accounts receivable by showing trends as well as breakdowns of outstanding receivables and payment leakages from its customers and payers. The dashboard provides insights into customer payment behavior and the associated credit risk.
This dashboard can answer business questions such as:
- Have our customers purchased more/less over the last year?
- Which customers are best/worst performing in terms of payment?
- Are there changes in customer payment behavior?
- Is this customer a risk for future orders?
The dashboard consists of KPIs for Days Receivable, Outstanding Amt, Sales Amt, and Stopped Amt. The KPIs for Days Receivable and Outstanding Amt both show the last non-empty values for a fiscal period. In addition, the dashboard also includes these reports:

You can filter the data by using these standard filters:

- Fiscal Period
- Payer
- Customer
The Show N Records filter is applied to the reports Outstanding Receivables and Payment Leakage.
