Quality Management
The Quality Management model enables the analysis of quality tests to help understand if there are issues that cause a high number of failed tests. It allows the user to explore the different factors that affect the quality-test process. Understanding passed versus failed tests across laboratories, testers, and products can assist in determining issues that result in a higher failure rate.
This model allows the user to explore questions such as:
- Are product tests failing more consistently in a certain laboratory?
- Does a specific tester have a higher failing percentage?
The facts in this model can be analyzed by date tested.
Source information
The Quality Management model is based on the M3 BE tables QMSRQT and QMSTRS, which are populated by using the M3 BE module called Quality Management System. Only valid tests are taken into consideration. A valid test equals the latest test sequence number. It is also valid when a value is specified and the status is either passed or failed.
