Operation Analysis
The purpose of this model is to enable the analysis of all production operations against the facilities, order type, finished products, and work centers.
This model provides insights into these topics:
- Timeliness of the operations
- Trend of machine and labor throughput
- Variances between the manufactured and the ordered quantity
- Scrap analysis
The facts in this model can be analyzed by these dates: planned start date, planned finished date, actual start date, and actual finished date.
Source information
The model is based on all finished operations in the MO operation file (MWOOPE) from M3 BE. The start and finish dates and times for each operation of a manufacturing order is retrieved from the Operation transaction file (MWOPTR).
