Supplier Performance dashboard

The Supplier Performance dashboard can help you to understand, evaluate, and control supplier performance and to find issues or risks with supplier deliveries. This dashboard allows you to track the supplier delivery accuracy and correctness of the deliveries.

This dashboard can answer business questions such as:

• Are the suppliers delivering on-time and in-full?
• Are the deliveries consistently late or early?
• Are the deliveries correct based on the requested or confirmed quantities?
• Who are the best or worst performing suppliers?

The dashboard consists of KPIs for Lines on Time and Qty Pct, No. of Lines, Net Invoiced Value, and Invoiced Qty, as well as these reports:

KPI Charts:

• Lines on Time and Qty as Req Pct Trend
• No of Lines Trend
• Net Invoiced Value Trend
• Invoiced Qty Trend

Reports:

• Overview of Delivery Accuracy Dates
• Supplier Performance
• Delivery Accuracy
• Delivery Accuracy Details

You can filter the data by using these standard filters:

• Facility
• Warehouse
• Supplier
• Buyer
• Purchase Order Type
• Purchase Agreement
• Supplier Delivery Accuracy
• Item

The Show N Records (w/ default) filter is applied to Supplier Performance and Delivery Accuracy reports.
