Sales Orders sourced measures and KPIs

This table shows the Sales Orders measures that are sourced directly in Data Warehouse.

These measures can be analyzed by different time series. These time series are available:

  • Month Ago
  • Quarter Ago
  • Quarter-To-date
  • Trailing 12 Months
  • Trailing 3 Months
  • Year Ago
  • Year-To-date

Most measures have Avg, Max, Min, and Sum aggregations. For cases where this does not apply, the available aggregations are indicated in this table:

Allocated Qty Allocated quantity in basic unit of measure
Contribution Order value minus the standard cost
Cost Price Standard cost of the item calculated per item/facility per basic unit of measure and quantity in the division currency
Delivered Qty Delivered quantity in basic unit of measure
Invoiced Qty Invoiced quantity in basic unit of measure
Line Amt Recorded amount in the division currency
Line Amt – Order Currency Recorded amount in the order currency
No. of Lines Number of order lines

Aggregation: Sum

No. of Orders Number of customer orders

Aggregation: Count Distinct

No. of Overdue Lines The number of order lines where the line status is less than 65 and the confirmed delivery date is less than the ETL run date

Order Qty Order quantity in basic unit of measure
Order Value Order quantity in basic unit of measure multiplied by the sales price in the division currency
Order Value – Order Currency Order quantity in basic unit of measure multiplied by the sales price in the order currency
Picking List Qty Quantity in basic unit of measure with picking list printed
Qty not Delivered Quantity not yet delivered or invoiced in basic unit of measure
Qty not Invoiced Quantity not yet invoiced in basic unit of measure
Remaining Qty Remaining quantity in basic unit of measure
Sales Price Price paid by the customer per basic unit of measure and quantity in the division currency

Sales Price – Order Currency Price paid by the customer per unit of measure and quantity in the order currency

Standard Cost Order quantity multiplied by the cost price in the division currency per basic unit of measure
