Source information
The model for Delivery Performance captures transactional data from delivered customer orders. The main source is customer order delivery line table (ODLINE). Order lines that have been delivered or closed without delivery are selected. To filter out order lines of interest, lines status is used. The filter is set to retrieve order lines with status 66 or higher. Status 99 is included because this is the status for orders that have been closed without being delivered.
The selection is limited to physically delivered order lines (Inventory Accounting = 1) and it disregards returned orders (order quantity >0).
