Displaying data in reports
Solution: If reports do not display data:
- Check the Filter cards in the dashboard as they may be filtering out all of the data.
- Birst Connect may not be running, so there is no connection to the Datamarts database. See the topic on launching Birst Connect in Infor M3 Analytics Installation and Configuration Guide.
- If a Birst Connect service is configured, check if the service is running. See the topic on Running Birst Connect as a Windows service in Infor M3 Analytics Installation and Configuration Guide.
