Birst variables

A set of session variables is used to default time-related filters in the dashboards. Period dimensions are defaulted to current period, as defined in M3. Filters that use the Time dimension are defaulted to year.

A session variable is used to set a target value for Invc and Recon, which is used in AP Operational Metrics reports. Although the value is configurable in the dashboard through the Target – Invc and Recon filter for what-if analysis usage scenarios, permanent changes to target value must be performed in Birst Admin. Default is 25.00 and should be reviewed to match business requirements.
