Using In-Context BI (ICBI)

Using specific In-Context widgets, the user will be able to utilize KPIs, metrics, or analytics that are retrieved from the cubes in M3 Analytics and set in the context of M3 data in user screens.

As a context component, ICBI relies on the main application to send context messages in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format. The business context messages contain the screen ID, entity type, and entity id.

Each ICBI widget in M3 Analytics has one or more report variables that receive a business context entity from M3.
