This table shows the measures that are calculated in the cube:

Actual vs Plnd Usage – Hrs % The actual usage in hours divided by the planned usage in hours
Actual vs Plnd Usage – Meter 1 % The actual usage in meter 1 divided by the planned usage in meter 1
Actual vs Plnd Usage – Meter 2 % The actual usage in meter 2 divided by the planned usage in meter 2
Actual vs Plnd Usage – Meter 3 % The actual usage in meter 3 divided by the planned usage in meter 3
Actual vs Plnd Usage – Meter 4 % The actual usage in meter 4 divided by the planned usage in meter 4
Availability in Hrs % The planned usage in hours minus the downtime divided by the planned usage in hours
Availability Index The mean time between shutdowns divided by the sum of mean time between failure and mean time to repair
Avg Plnd Usage – Hrs The planned hours divided by the number of completed work orders
Avg Plnd Usage – Meter 1 The planned usage in meter 1 divided by the number of completed work orders
Avg Plnd Usage – Meter 2 The planned usage in meter 2 divided by the number of completed work orders
Avg Plnd Usage – Meter 3 The planned usage in meter 3 divided by the number of completed work orders
Avg Plnd Usage – Meter 4 The planned usage in meter 4 divided by the number of completed work orders
Calendar Hours The number of calendar days multiplied by 24
Downtime vs Plnd – Hrs The downtime hours divided by the planned hours
Downtime vs Plnd – Meter 1 The downtime hours divided by the planned usage in meter 1
Downtime vs Plnd – Meter 2 The downtime hours divided by the planned usage in meter 2

Downtime vs Plnd – Meter 4 The downtime hours divided by the planned usage in meter 4
Eqpt Lifecycle Util % The lifecycle usage in hours divided by the total calendar hours
Eqpt Utilization % The actual usage in hours divided by the total calendar hours
Est Work Hours The number of hours per day excluding 8 days per month to account for weekends
Failures % The number of failures divided by the number of completed work orders
MTBF Mean Time between Failures (MTBF) is calculated as the actual usage in hours divided by the number of failures
MTBS Mean Time between Shutdowns (MTBS) is calculated as the actual usage in hours divided by the number of shutdowns
MTTR Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) is calculated as the total planned downtime hours divided by the number of work orders with planned downtime
Unavailability Index The unavailability due to unscheduled events, computed as the unscheduled down time divided by the total down time multiplied by 1 minus the availability index
