Availability Index | The mean time between shutdowns divided by the sum of mean time between failure and mean time to repair |

Avg Plnd Usage – Meter 1 | The planned usage in meter 1 divided by the number of completed work orders |

Est Work Hours | The number of hours per day excluding 8 days per month to account for weekends |
Failures % | The number of failures divided by the number of completed work orders |
MTBF | Mean Time between Failures (MTBF) is calculated as the actual usage in hours divided by the number of failures |
MTBS | Mean Time between Shutdowns (MTBS) is calculated as the actual usage in hours divided by the number of shutdowns |
MTTR | Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) is calculated as the total planned downtime hours divided by the number of work orders with planned downtime |
Unavailability Index | The unavailability due to unscheduled events, computed as the unscheduled down time divided by the total down time multiplied by 1 minus the availability index |
