Calculated measures and KPIs

This table shows the measures that are calculated in the cube:

Avg Labor Hrs	The labor hours divided by the number of reported operations
Avg Travel Hrs	The travel hours divided by the number of reported operations
Billable Hrs %	The billable hours divided by the total hours
Billable vs Rptd Hrs %	The billable hours divided by the reported hours
Billable vs Work Hrs %	The billable hours divided by the technician's working hours
First Time Fix Rate	The operations fixed during the first visit divided by the number of reported operations
Labor Hrs vs Rptd Hrs %	The labor hours divided by the reported hours
Non-Billable Hrs %	The non-billable hours divided by the total hours
Non-Billable vs Rptd Hrs %	The non-billable hours divided by the reported hours
Non-Billable vs Work Hrs %	The non-billable hours divided by the technician's working hours
Reported Hrs %	The total billable and non-billable hours reported divided by the total hours
Rptd vs Work Hrs %	The reported hours divided by the technician's working hours
Total Hrs	The sum of reported and unreported hours
Travel Hrs vs Rptd Hrs %	The travel hours divided by the reported hours
Unreported Hrs	The technician's working hours per day minus the travel and labor hours reported
