Enhanced SyncM3EDISalesOrderAcknowledge to limit API calls and applied some fixes
SyncM3EDISalesOrderAcknowledge BOD has been refactored to use OIS100MI.GetOrderHead and OIS100MI.GetOrderValue instead of OIS100MI.GetHead and to reduce API calls overall. Other corrections are also applied and new elements are published.
