Central Forecaster can have access to view other users' changes
'Manage Changes for All Users' is added as a new management right for users with central forecast role. You can view other users' changes in the 'Changes' dialog box on 'List'.
You can only perform the actions 'Confirm' and 'Unconfirm' scenario parts and 'Delete' for your own changes.
You must have the 'Manage Changes and SA' right to access the 'Changes' dialog box on 'List'.
