Support hard allocations for reporting of in-house packages
Support reporting of hard allocated balance IDs when these are included in an in-house package.
It is not possible to report in-house packages that include balance IDs that are partly soft allocated and/or partly hard allocated using API MHS850MI.AddPickbyPacStk.
